Press Coverage Scrapbook
Volunteer Ryan Schmidt was recently working in the warm studio, sitting at a table with scraps of newspaper fluttering around him. When asked what he was up to, he told us that he was putting together a "scrapbook" of sorts about all the press coverage that WYOU has had over the past year. Starting with Gallery Night in May, then the Winter Pledge Drive and the start of our live streaming in March. Followed by the Capital Times write-up about Executive Director Barbra Bolan in June, our Hands-On Fundraiser in July, our efforts to preserve P.E.G. funding at the city council meetings, the Nothing To Hide tape donation to the Memorial Library, and our recent Brews for WYOU event. Complete with news articles and fancy photo tape, the scrapbook is a great thing to look back at and remember 2009. Come on down to the station to have a peek.

Happy Holidays!
We want to thank our lovely staff, board members, producers, volunteers, interns, viewers, and everyone else for the wonderful support over this past year. We've had some rough spots, but we hope to continue doing our best to stay on the air in the coming new year. We wish you all happy holidays and a happy 2010!

Good Time Had By All At Brews for WYOU""
The recent fundraiser "Brews for WYOU" at the historically eclectic NOTTINGHAM CO-OP was an enjoyable success and a good time was had by all. Special thanks to Jason Kwiatkowski who organized the event and raised around $575 for the station.
